Teresa Dupuis, President of Protogenia Services, holds a BS degree in Business and Management of Human Resources from Southern Wesleyan along with an AS degree in Business from Winthrop University. She is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, and has over 20 years experience in the automotive manufacturing (BMW) and first-tier supplier (Michelin) industries for world-class products and service. Ten years of experience was gained as a recruiter and staffing professional (Godshall) while most recently an addition of the healthcare industry (NAR) with a focus on military and government customers was achieved.
Accomplishments for Teresa include establishment of corporate training program, management of executive hiring system, implementation of automated plant documentation system, training/facilitation of employee involvement teams (all levels internal and suppliers), management of OEM accounts regarding quality requirements at corporate and plant level, corporate liaison for all OEM visits/audits, lead auditor preparation for manufacturing plants, key role in start-up/plant launch team with achievement of ISO 9001 certification in under one year, warranty liaison with reduction/elimination of key customer issues through root cause analysis, etc.
